|About Quality Living Center
Quality Living Center is a multi-unit facility with accomodations for 20 women and 75 men. The Center is located in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. QLC was established in 2002 by Dino Davis and Curtis Keith. As of 2003, Quality Living Center became a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. In May 2006, QLC purchased and began renovating the main building at 3925 Asher Avenue. The Center was issued their Arkansas Transitional Housing Facility License in February of 2007 by the Department of Corrections. In September 2007, QLC transitioned into a co-ed facility. In November 2009, QLC was issued their Provisional Licsensure for Alcohol and/or Other Drug Abuse Treatment Programs from Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health Sciences.
